Operations are supported by Wuxi Dingjian Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., with manufacturing and operating experience dating back to 2006, and Shengzhenyuan Metal Manufacturing (Liaocheng) Co., Ltd., with a production base in Liaocheng, Shandong. The companies are independently registered. SZY operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system within its certified scope, supporting stamping, heat treatment coordination, inspection and packing for washer products.

- 2006Wuxi Dingjian founded — washer and stamping parts manufacturing begins in Wuxi, Jiangsu. DJ WASHERS manufactures carbon steel washers only; stainless steel capability applies only to custom stamping parts for OEM and industrial assembly customers.
- 2015Liaocheng carbon steel base established — a dedicated production base for carbon steel washers and stamping parts completed in Liaocheng, Shandong, close to the regional steel distribution center. ~5000 m² workshop supporting heavy fastener and machinery customers.
